An exploration of the interplay of light and dark on the surfaces of the body in many media -- charcoal, oil, graphite pencil, ink, conte crayons, pastels or water color...  Come investigate how local artists interpret the human form.

Enjoy original artwork by area school children. Each school will display their artwork for two weeks at Jefferson Arts Gallery. We hope you attend each school's opening (TBA) and meet future artists in the making.

Jefferson Arts Gallery receives Grant from FDOC!
Jefferson Arts Gallery received a grant for $25,000 from the Florida Department of Cultural Affairs. This is the second time we've received this grant for our Travel Art Outreach program. We bring art to children, teens, adults and senior citizens. And they visit our gallery for exhibits and classes. This grant requires a matching side, so we hope you will be generous with donations of art supplies, office supplies, snacks for children's art classes, volunteering your time, advertising, and of course, monetary donations are needed as well! Look for information regarding FREE art classes this September for all ages and levels! Watch this website for information regarding our Annual Fundraiser, February 2012.  It will be the gala event of the season.

 Spring Art Classes Begin!

Register today for Spring Art Classes for children, teens, and adults! Classes are free for Jefferson County residents through June 30. Small supply fee requested if you live outside Jefferson County. We ask that all students become members of our gallery at the Supporter Level for individuals; 
Patron/Family level for families.
